Macadams was awarded the ISO 9001 certification in January 1999, having been upgraded from ISO 9002. Macadams ovens have the German GS Mark ( Gepr™  fte Sicherheit), which is the national safety mark, and recognised throughout Europe. The DVGVU certification has also been awarded, to Macadams, which is the required approval for gas or fuel burning equipment in Germany and EEC countries.
The range of rotary rack ovens is available in capacities of between 12 and 72 racks. All the ovens are available in electric, gas or fuel fired options and in single, double or multi-rack configurations.
The Macadams ovens are strong and robust, manufactured completely of stainless steel and have easy to operate push button controls. All components used in the manufacture of the ovens are of the highest quality and can be sourced from suppliers internationally. The Falcon range of ovens is available in a pass-through configuration, especially for those markets requiring a more hygienic baking environment. The oven acts as a physical barrier, separating the low risk contamination zone from that of the high.
The best selling oven in the Macadams range is the Falcon 3, which takes two 18-shelf trolleys of 18” x 30” pan size. This oven is being used in stand-alone bakeries and supermarkets as well as central bakeries, to bake a range of products.
The Convecta 7 bake-off unit which takes seven trays of 400mm by 600mm pan size, is extremely popular for its even bake and is available in single phase or three phase electricity.
Macadams manufactures a range of ovens and equipment that can manage various products that are baked today. The ovens are constructed to accommodate all types of baking processes.

Although well known for their top class ovens, Macadams also has the complete machine range to equip bakeries of any size, which includes doughnut fryers, mixers, bread slicers, dividers and moulders. The machines are completely developed and manufactured in South Africa, and are strong and suitable for continual hard work.
