The coolers are suited for industrial purposes and for pack-houses. Prices are $4,000-$25 000 depending on size. The system involves high-humidity coolers which rapidly cool the air in the cold rooms by passing it through very cold water. This results in a temperature of about 2™  °C and a humidity of about 95%. The high humidity prevents dehydration and weight-loss.
Ima, which has been operating since 1975, has supplied coolers in many countries – including Gambia, Spain, Portugal, India, South Africa, Egypt and New Zealand.
